Margrow — Investor Strategy Note
Prepared for investor discussion

The Layer After First Interest

Margrow is a marketing automation platform that helps online businesses communicate with leads and customers based on their behavior.

We started with email automation for merchants, and our broader direction is to become the intelligent layer that turns customer signals into marketing actions.

In simple terms: Margrow helps businesses know who to contact, when to contact them, what to say, and eventually which channel and budget to use.

The core idea

The channel is not the starting point. Customer understanding is.

1
Who should we target?
2
What message should they receive?
3
Which channel is best?
4
How much budget does this segment deserve?

Where does Margrow play in the customer journey?

We do not start at the impression stage, and we are not trying to replace ads, content, or sales teams. We start from the first measurable signal of customer interest, then turn it into smarter marketing communication, follow-up, sales opportunities, and retention.

Margrow’s area: from first measurable interest to conversion and retention.

What we are not trying to do

×
We are not competing with ad agencies or content creation teams.
×
We are not starting from acquiring customers from zero.
×
We are not replacing sales or customer support teams.
×
We do not want to be only a message-sending tool.

What we are building

An intelligent layer on top of customer data and interactions that helps companies know who to contact, when to contact them, through which channel, and with what message.

From data to marketing decisions

The channel is not the starting point. The starting point is understanding the customer and their behavior, then choosing the right message, channel, timing, and budget.

1. Signals

Signup, quote request, engagement, ticket, purchase, open, click, inactivity

2. Intelligence Layer

Customer classification, intent, conversion probability, expected value

3. Action

Automated campaign, content, ad, WhatsApp, SMS, email, sales follow-up

“We do not want to simply add more channels. We want to build a layer that understands the customer, then chooses the right channel, message, and budget.”

Use cases beyond e-commerce

Margrow is not only about purchases. It can serve any company that has leads, customers, inquiries, tickets, or sales opportunities that need smarter marketing follow-up.

E-commerce

A customer adds to cart but does not complete checkout → a timely reminder or tailored offer.

Service companies

A customer requests a quote → a follow-up journey with relevant content and messages.

B2B Sales

A lead opens a proposal or engages with a campaign → they become a higher-priority opportunity.

Support & tickets

A ticket or inquiry reveals customer interest → it becomes a marketing or sales signal.

Data and unit economics

The goal is not only to know who opened a message. The goal is to connect engagement with value, cost, and profitability.

CACHow much does it cost to convert an interested customer?
LTVHow much value does a customer create after the first interaction?
ROIWhich segment or channel creates the best return?

As data accumulates, Margrow can help companies understand who is most likely to convert, who deserves more follow-up, when a discount actually improves the economics, and how much budget each segment deserves based on its expected value.

Why Us?

Margrow is not only a product idea. It is a combination of embedded distribution, customer signals, team DNA, and compounding data. These are the reasons we believe Margrow can win, not just exist as another marketing tool.

1. Embedded distribution

Margrow is designed to live inside existing ecosystems and marketplaces as a plug-and-play solution. This creates low-friction onboarding, faster adoption, and a distribution path that is often harder to build than technology itself.

2. Customer signals, not channels

Most marketing tools start with channels like email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Margrow starts with customer signals: signups, orders, inquiries, tickets, sales interactions, customer behavior, opens, clicks, and inactivity.

3. Marketing + commerce + engineering DNA

The founding team combines hands-on digital marketing and eCommerce experience with strong SaaS and engineering leadership. This gives Margrow a practical understanding of both the market problem and the product execution.

4. Data compounds over time

More interactions create more data. More data improves customer understanding. Better understanding improves campaigns, targeting, budget allocation, and ultimately customer results.

“Channels are commodities. Customer understanding is the moat.”

Current investment round

We are currently opening an investment round of SAR 500,000 to increase product capabilities, test the idea more deeply across broader customer segments, and build the foundation that allows Margrow to move from an email marketing tool into an intelligent layer for marketing communication and growth.

We are looking for an investor who understands marketing, growth, and customer behavior — not just capital.
